Needs The Training Systems Group of Sterling
Institute is committed to meeting the unique training and development needs of our
private-sector clients by developing highly relevant programs for executives, managers,
supervisors, managerial candidates and team leaders and members. We have designed and
developed a series of leading-edge training programs and a set of highly effective
diagnostic instruments that enable us to establish internal benchmarks and provide
organization-wide data on best practices.

and Professional Development, and 2) web-enabled diagnostic

Our Mission
Our mission is to design, develop and implement highly
effective training programs and quality diagnostic survey instruments so that our clients
are able to develop the capabilities of their employees and help them build productive
workplaces. We intend to achieve our mission through our dedication to:

teaching and learning and developing instructional materials that are on the leading edge
of case, video, assessment and program design;

developing a comprehensive library
of training programs that apply the latest thinking in the field to the issues of 1)

Effectiveness, and 4) Professional Development;
