The Executive Development Program

Why should you consider this program?

Because the cost of replacing your general managers and other senior executives is simply too great not to develop their capabilities. This program will develop their ability to manage the performance of their direct reports and stimulate the performance of employees throughout their organizations. No other program will help leverage your human capital as effectively.
This 3-day program is designed for senior functional managers, general managers and the senior executives who manage them. Geared for your operating team, this program will assist them to achieve better operating and strategic results. The program recognizes that significant improvements in organizational effectiveness require the combined efforts of your senior management team. Program participants receive survey feedback that provides insight into the impact of their management practices on the performance and development of their direct reports. They also receive organizational data from the Performance Management Questionnaire that enables them to compare the results of their work units against internal benchmarks for the organization as a whole. This enables executives to initiate efforts to make improvements in the effectiveness of all the managers who report up to them in their part of the organization. The program provides specific development in the performance management process. Participants are given the tools they need in order to make lasting improvements in both their own practices and the performance of their management teams.
