The Managerial Leader

Why should you consider this program?

Because even the strongest managers cannot "push" organizations through change. Instead, leaders must "pull" them through change processes with one hand while holding tight with the other to the organization's business priorities and values. This seminar strengthens the skills of both hands.
This three-day program improves your managers' abilities to help others work through change and develop a deep sense of commitment to key organizational priorities and values. Participants learn how to approach new initiatives in a way that:

Encourages people to take responsible risks and adopt new ways to achieve outstanding results.

Creates a shared sense of purpose.

Establishes relationships built on trust and respect.

Empowers people to become proactive in achieving organizational objectives.

Assures the alignment of goals up and down the organization to make the most effective use of resources.

All participants receive objective feedback on their leadership practices from a confidential Leadership Practices Survey conducted with their direct reports prior to the seminar. An analysis of the survey data will reveal the key success factors in your organization that differentiate your most effective leaders from their peers. Further, the survey results will enable program participants to assess their own strengths and opportunities for improvement. Participants prepare a series of personal action plans, with specific outcomes and timelines, for each of the core leadership practices taught in the program.
