Managing Organizational Effectiveness

Why should you consider this program?

Because organizations must constantly reassess where they are, where they need to go, and then enroll the entire workforce in the change process.
Senior executives are increasingly being asked to lead their organizations in new directions, often at the point where morale is lowest and resources are especially scarce. Critical to their success is developing and communicating their vision of the organization's desired future state. They must also understand and carry out their role as initiators and sponsors of change, as well as build internal alignment and commitment to their vision within their management team and among the rest of their employees. In this program, executives assess their organization's current state against critical success factors for each stage of change; they assess the alignment between their views of the change and those above, around and below them; choose strategies and methods that will increase alignment and commitment; and use decision styles that will assure both quality results and acceptance of the decisions that are made.
