Leadership
Practices Survey (LPS) Do the members of
your management team lead as well as they manage and do the employees who report to them believe that they are in position to help your organization
realize its vision of the future? To
succeed in todays constantly changing business environment, every
executive, manager and supervisor has to carry out vital leadership
responsibilities. Managerial
leaders must assume this expanded role, because those who report to them are
expecting a clear vision of the future and need guidance to learn how they can contribute to it.
The Leadership Practices Survey provides leaders at every level of
the organization with terrific insight into the practices that they can
employ to become effective leaders. The
survey provides focused feedback on five critical dimensions of
leadership. By analyzing the areas of: leading through change; creating
shared purpose; building relationships; empowering people and aligning for
action, your managers will be better prepared to carry out the leadership role expected of them. An
organizational audit of this important role will help your executive team
pinpoint the gaps between the leadership practices currently used within
your organization and the expectations your employees have of their
leaders. Individual LPS
results can be presented in either our Managing
Organizational Effectiveness workshop or The
Managerial
Leader training program. |
