Change Questionnaire (CQ) 

Are your executives trying to implement organization-wide changes without first determining how your employees are responding to the proposed changes and how they think your management team is prepared to lead them?

This organizational survey provides senior executives with the opportunity to gather enterprise-wide data on your employees’ readiness to change and their perceptions of the overall appropriateness of the planned changes.  Your executives must have access to this critical employee feedback if they intend to successfully implement their change initiatives.  An audit of any change initiative will enable your leadership team to address employee concerns before they become major impediments to success.  An analysis of the survey findings will serve as a blueprint of the actions your executive team can take to ensure that their vision of your organization’s desired future state will be realized.  The Change Questionnaire provides focused feedback on the following critical factors in the change process: vision; enrollment; alignment; empowerment; and leadership and management support.  We are prepared to administer the survey and deliver a written report and executive briefing to your management team or we can deliver our findings as part of our executive workshop on Managing Organizational Effectiveness.
