We Meet The T&D Needs of Sales Organizations

The Sales Effectiveness Group of Sterling Institute is committed to meeting the unique training and development needs of sales organizations by developing highly relevant programs for sales executives and managers, professional sales representatives and sales teams. We have designed and developed a series of leading-edge training programs that meet a wide range of client needs in the areas of Executive and Management Development, Sales Training and Sales Team Effectiveness. We have also produced a series of highly effective diagnostic instruments that enable us to provide organization-wide data on best practices and establish internal benchmarks.

Our Mission

Our mission is to design, develop and implement highly effective sales training, executive and management development and sales team effectiveness programs as well as high quality diagnostic survey instruments so that we are able to help our clients develop the capabilities of their employees and achieve the performance objectives for which they are accountable. We intend to achieve our mission through our dedication to:

creating more effective methods of teaching and learning and developing instructional materials that are on the leading edge of case, video, assessment and program design;

developing a comprehensive library of training programs that apply the latest thinking in the field to issues impacting sales, sales management and sales team performance;

providing diagnostic tools and survey scoring support that enables us to 1) assess client training needs; 2) provide organizational development services; 3) serve as personal coaches and counselors to senior sales executives; and 4) measure and document improved individual and organizational performance as a result of our training programs;

enabling our clients to cost-effectively tailor our proprietary training programs to the unique needs of their sales organizations;

providing consulting services in support of our training programs in order to help participants apply what they learn in the classroom back on the job; and

providing the highest level of customer service by being fully responsive to customer needs, have the capabilities required to perform their jobs effectively and who are committed to helping our clients successfully our programs and administer our surveys so that lasting improvements are made in both individual and organizational performance.
