Sales Training Distributorships

We are looking for sales professionals and sales training practitioners to team up to build a local training distributorship in your market. Sales people will be expected to drive revenue and sales training practitioners will need to establish customer trust with their subject matter expertise in sales and sales management. Team members will be expected to delight customers with their flexibility, openness, listening skills and service follow-up. Together you will sell and deliver training programs, online survey instruments and design and delivery services. This is a ground level opportunity for you to form your own firm in sales training and sales management development. Your team will become the primary sales channel in your market for an established sales training and sales management development company embarking on an exciting new business model. Sales professionals must be comfortable with new business development; including prospecting and cold calling, qualifying buyers, helping close new business and growing accounts. Sales training practitioners must feel comfortable building customer trust during the selling process, making product presentations and proposal writing. Together you will work as a small, results-focused team to provide clients with quality programs and surveys, highly competent design and delivery services, and unparalleled customer support. Since salaries are 100% commission, risk analysis and cash flow considerations are critical decision factors.

To qualify, sales professionals must have a proven history of incremental growth in direct sales and a minimum 5 years business-to-business sales experience. Sales training professionals must have outstanding platform skills, considerable experience in tailoring programs to client specifications and solid project management capabilities.
