Team Member Impact Survey (TMIS)

Do you have knowledge workers whose expertise could prove invaluable to their work teams, but who are not making the contribution they could because their working relationships are not what should be?

The Team Member Impact Survey is designed to provide individual team members and/or leaders with personalized feedback from their team members on the impact they are having on the team and its performance. Use of the instrument is ideally suited to those situations where one or two team members hinder team performance. The Team Member Impact Survey is an effective tool to use when stepping up to behavioral problems and/or unresolved conflicts that are undermining the performance of the whole team. The team member or leader who is surveyed receives aggregate feedback from all the member of his or her team. Individual responses to the survey items are anonymous. The person receiving the focused feedback is aided in his or her analysis of the survey results by a team building consultant who helps the person process the data and prepare an improvement plan to which he or she will commit.
