Change Questionnaire (CQ)

This organizational survey provides senior sales executives with the opportunity to gather enterprise-wide data on your sales and marketing employees’ readiness to change and their perceptions of the overall appropriateness of the planned changes. Your sales executives must have access to this critical employee feedback if they intend to successfully implement their change initiatives. An audit of any change initiative will enable your leadership team to address employee concerns before they become major impediments to success. An analysis of the survey findings will serve as a blueprint of the actions your executive team can take to ensure that their vision of your sales organization’s desired future state will be realized. The Change Questionnaire provides focused feedback on the following critical factors in the change process: vision; enrollment; alignment; empowerment; and leadership and management support.
