Sterling Institute has been working in Saudi Arabia since 2007. We are now making all our training programs available to Saudi corporations and government Ministries. We are also interested in partnering with Saudi training and consulting companies so that they can make our training programs available to their customers. Our training programs will help develop the management and leadership capabilities of front-line employees, first-level supervisors, mid-level managers, and recent Saudi graduates who are entering the workforce. Sterling Institute's library of training programs directly serves the growing need for "soft-skill" management and professional development training in Saudi Arabia.
