Contract Consultants
Trainers:
Sterling Institute is fortunate to have forged relationships with a strong group of contract instructors, but we are always on the look-out for instructors who have exceptional platform teaching skills. Most of our contract instructors have at least 10 years experience in delivering leadership and management training programs in a range of industries and government settings. Also, they all are experienced in conducting programs for senior executives as well as for managers and supervisors. Since our approach to learning and development is participant-centered, we need instructors who are comfortable with the case-study method and in facilitating discussion among program participants. Our programs are not lecture-driven or scripted. If you are willing to devote your time to learn our programs through self-study and would be comfortable delivering programs after receiving phone support from us, please send us a cover email with your resume attached to: opportunities@sterlinginstitute.com.
Program Designers:
Sterling Institute wants to develop consulting relationships with experienced program design and development professionals. They must share our approach to learning and development (see "Our Learning Design" and "Thought Leadership" on this website). Candidates must have superior writing skills and the ability to conduct field research. We design and develop programs from the ground up, but are frequently asked by clients to tailor our off-the-shelf programs to their business requirements and work environment. Candidates should have ample content knowledge as well as design expertise. If you are willing to work on fixed-price contracts and have the ability to work on a collaborative basis with others, please send us a cover email with your resume attached to: opportunities@sterlinginstitute.com.
