Leading Lean Transformations

Summary
This workshop for senior leaders will help them understand the pivotal role they play in leading Lean transformations.  Senior leaders learn the process of leading and sustaining organizational change.  The program helps senior leaders understand how critical their ongoing leadership is in creating the conditions for Lean methodologies to take root over the long term.  Participants will learn the key roles they need to play during each of the three critical stages of change and how they can create strategies to overcome resistance to change.  Successful Lean Manufacturers see Lean as a vital part of their culture and something that permeates all aspects of their operations.  Implementing and sustaining Lean techniques requires executive leadership and the skills associated with managing behavioral change.
