As part of our social mission and community outreach, Sterling Institute will provide every school district the opportunity to use our entire training curriculum at largely no cost for program materials for a twelve month period. We will give you electronic copies of our programs so that you can reproduce them internally at no charge. (You will need to purchase 3rd-party training booklets and videos from other suppliers that are used in a very few of our programs.) You will be authorized to make any modifications to our proprietary materials you would like to ensure their alignment with your culture and training needs.
We will discount our teaching fee to run any pilot programs or train-the-trainer programs that you may want. In addition, we will provide a discounted fee to administer our online assessment instruments when and if you choose to use them.
If you decide after twelve months of using our training materials that you would like to retain them, we will make it possible for you to do so at a substantial discount. You will be able to acquire a lease of all our programs so that you can meet most of the soft-skill training needs of school district employees with minimal impact on your training budget. Because we are committed to contributing to the education of our country’s children, we will provide school districts with all future improvements to the programs and online assessment instruments that we make. Further, the cost of the annual curriculum lease will never go up.
