Program Description A clear shared vision is instrumental to success. The executive group participates in this workshop first to define the overall mission and vision and the values that will guide planning and decision making. This workshop then cascades to all other levels where employees use the organizational mission and vision to provide constancy of purpose as they shape the mission and vision for their specific units and translate value statements into behaviors that support achievement of the vision.
Upon completion of this course the participant will be able to
  • Define the mission, purpose, of their organization and work unit
  • Describe the vision for the future
  • Clearly understand the behaviors required to achieve the mission and vision
