| Program Description |
This program provides
opportunities for participants to diagnose their own needs around conflict management and
develop specific skills in conflict resolution and problem solving. Using a public sector
specific video case study , participants explore the skills and support needed to manage
conflict effectively and create the conditions of constructive conflict, while preventing
the damage that can be done by destructive conflict. This can be an effective
organizational development intervention when coupled with Handling Conflict for
non-supervisory employees. |
| Upon completion of this course

- Understand and apply Assertive and Collaborative Problem Solving
