Program Description This program focuses on a model for discussing performance and development opportunities that produces "win-win" agreements between manager and employee. It features a public sector case study on interactive video. Participants follow a manager as she tries to develop her employees, assessing her and their own impact on employee development. When coupled with Directing Your Development for non-supervisory employees, this is a powerful tool for organizational development.
Upon completion of this course the participant will be able to
