Program Description This program is designed for those who are meeting the challenges of working across organizational boundaries and are faced with the need to influence others toward a particular outcome without having the power that came from traditional, positional authority. Through an interactive video case study, participants follow a Task Force comprised of individuals from different functions in an organization as they struggle to achieve a common goal.
Upon completion of this course the participant will be able to
  • Understand his/her primary Influence Style and use alternative methods of influencing others
  • Identify techniques and steps to strengthen working relationships
  • Increase effectiveness in resolving conflicts
  • Contribute to building a collaborative working environment
