| Program Description |
This program is designed
for those who are meeting the challenges of working across organizational boundaries and
are faced with the need to influence others toward a particular outcome without having the
power that came from traditional, positional authority. Through an interactive video case
study, participants follow a Task Force comprised of individuals from different functions
in an organization as they struggle to achieve a common goal. |
