Onsite Training

Sterling Institute has an experienced government teaching team that can present our programs to your employees. Our instructors have been conducting 70 seminars per year in Saudi Arabia for the past four years, so they understand the Arab culture and are sensitive to the unique needs of participants in the classroom. Sterling Institute can effectively scale its operations to provide an instructor team large enough to meet whatever training plan and delivery schedule you require.

English and Arabic

Our training programs have been “localized” to the Saudi culture, but have been delivered in English. However, we are willing to work with you to translate our programs into Arabic. We are also prepared to train instructors who are fluent in both English and Arabic to present our training programs to your employees.

Licensing Content

Sterling Institute will negotiate a licensing agreement that provides you with the ability to adapt, translate, and reproduce our training materials internally. Under the license, you will produce the training programs for use in the classroom and pay a fee for each participant who uses our program materials.

Train the Trainer

Sterling Institute is willing to train your trainers how to deliver our training programs inside of your organization. We have developed Instructor Notes and other support materials that will facilitate the development of your instructors. Sterling Institute is experienced in developing the teaching talents of its clients. We have a proven track record in developing trainers to conduct our programs successfully.

Custom Program Design and Development

Sterling Institute has localized our training programs. Our training curriculum has been adapted to the culture and has met the objectives set by our client in Saudi Arabia. We have demonstrated that our content and training methodology are well suited to Saudi training needs. We are open to working with you to further tailor our programs to meet your requirements. We also have the design and development ability to build entirely new training programs if your training needs cannot be met by any of our current programs or if you want to address a “soft-skill” training need that is not covered by our existing curriculum.
