Development Of An
Executive Report
And Presentation Of Findings
It is critical to
work closely with your senior executives to provide them with the
appropriate level of consulting support they need in analyzing and
interpreting survey results. An important goal is to provide a third
party analysis of your organizations strengths and improvement
opportunities and a set of recommendations that will enable your
management team to take action and to build on the companys
strengths and address the improvement opportunities cited by the
survey respondents. At their direction, you need to generate either a
comprehensive written report or summary briefing materials for your
senior management team. Depending on your culture and need for
detailed information, you will need to conduct an analysis of the data
and prepare the graphical reports so that you can present the survey
results and your recommendations in a compelling manner. The primary
purpose of this presentation effort is to help your senior executives
to: 1) accept and understand the data; 2) recognize the importance of
their role in addressing the results and taking responsibility for the
change process; and 3) ensure that performance improvement plans are
successfully implemented throughout their organizations.
