Teaching and Instructor Development

Sterling Institute has a sizable cadre of professional trainers who deliver our programs to thousands of participants both domestically and internationally each year. Our instructors have a broad range of industry backgrounds but share an ability to create a rich learning environment that stimulates discussion among participants and facilitates individual development. We are very effective at providing the coaching and developmental support that participants need as they assess their current capabilities, prepare their personal development plans and develop strategies for implementing them back on the job.
